First of all, thank god. It was great pleasure and opportunity to be built our new house construction by Mr.Yoganathan, Owner of Sarvayogam Builders. My brother suggested him to us when we were just approaching for professional Civil engineer for my new house construction. After initial contact, he was very proactive and seeks out to understand our need to provide many suggestions with honesty.
He was personable, very interested in what we wanted to accomplish, and gave us the feeling of a true passion for his profession.

Yoganathan actively listened to us throughout the entire building process; he had our best interest at heart and was always willing to address any concerns we had. Yoganathan's was communicating with us throughout entire project by almost e-mails or phone calls. We were kept informed of the construction timeframe guidelines, which kept us on target and also allowed us to make timely decisions on all the specifications that made our home unique to us. We were impressed with his organizational skills and enjoyed his attitude and "can do" spirit.
We always knew the timelines and financial considerations of our choices and we found him very fair about the cost of our change orders. The quality of the craftsmanship in our home continues to impress us. It was obvious that Yoganathan has a strong relationship with the subcontractors he hires and especially thanks to all workers who had involved throughout the project. This is evident throughout the house but especially in the details around the kitchen, quality of the painting, trim and the elevation work including compound wall. We truly feel that our home was custom built for us.
He, who at all times has acted in a professional manner that has affirmed our original decision and delivered our dream house in time. We fully believed that he kept his commitment without compromising the quality and customer’s satisfactory.There is no doubt to choose sarvayogam builders for anyone’s new house construction.Once again thank you so much for successful delivery of our new dream house with great attempt.

Our house at pallavaram was a old building (more than 40 yrs old). Yoganathan was asked to demolish the existing building, clean up, do pest control and then construct as per the plan provided.

He had targeted 12 months for the project. He had completed the work within the targeted time frame.

Quality of work is of top notch. At each and every stage of construction, he had provided insights and incorporated our suggestions. He had taken us to the various shops and outlets for the selection of tiles, bathroom fittings etc.

As the house is to be occupied by 3 old people, he had provided the necessary fittings (anti skid and cross bar holdings)to take care of the safety requirement of them.

He had been patient in attending to our requirements and he is updated with the latest techniques and materials used in construction.

He has good team of workers and personnel with him. All the people living in our street witnessed the construction and are in awe and praise of his quality workmanship.

I stay abroad and visit chennai on and off. Yoganathan had taken full responsibility and provided regular updates with photos.

I am fortunate to have him as builder for the pallavaram house and I will definitely recommend Sarvayogam Builders.

My father was sentimental about this house and wanted to move back within the time frame (though he kept pestering him constantly). He is now happy, relaxed being in the new house.

Yoganathan's work is insightful and strategic. He is one of the most patient, co-operative and easily approachable builders I have worked with. Being NRI's we were not able to visit our site personally very often, but his timely updates and adaptive ideas were very satisfying.

We are more than satisfied with the type of construction, effective space utilization, cost-effective interiors - not compromising in quality at any point of time. He took personal interest in taking us to various shops, which provided us with a wide variety of choices.

We are very happy to have decided to go on with our first roof garden project with Sarvayogan Builders...The plants, the aathangudi tiles, the gazebo, the lighting...we are impressed with the exemplary work.

One of the best things that happened to us when we designed the plan for our dream home was our encounter with Yoganathan of Sarvayogam Builders. We recently got our independent bungalow at Adambakkam constructed by him and to cut a long story short, it was a fantastic experience. He understands your needs precisely, listens to them patiently and gets the best possible output after adding value to the same from his end. He has a team of highly skilled and dedicated workers. Being experienced in the industry for more than 10 years now, he stays updated with the recent trends and the right aesthetics for any room / building. He is the person whom you can rely on for any requirement right from plan sanction to interior design.

We gave him the date of gruhapravesaham right on the first day, and he managed to get it to the right shape within the promised time.

At the end of the show, we got a much better building than what we had in our minds and what we saw in the pictures!

You have been able to give in my house in Madipakkam all that I wanted. Upon completion, it turned out to be better than expected. When you promised that you will complete the house in a year, I found it difficult to believe. But you did it and completed it on time ( 2011-2012). I will strongly recommend Yoganathan.

I recently (2011-12) got my independent house constructed by Yoganathan. I have always felt I made the right choice by entrusting my house construction to Yoganathan (Sarvayogam Builders). He planned and coordinated all activities meticulously, keeping me informed on a very regular basis. Being a regular traveller, Yoganathan's overall project management helped me have the right overview and control over the construction activities while concentrating on my work. He is quite abreast with recent developments and trends and can give advice on interior decorations as well. I might have been a nagging client looking for perfection but Yoganathan always was a step ahead. Thanks Yoganathan for the fantastic job. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mr Yoganathan the owner of Sarvayogam Builders. I live in the USA and they built an independent bunglow in Adyar. It made my life so easy coodinating my requirements from overseas. Mr Yoganathan would listen patiently to my requirements and then give his valuable suggestions based on the prevailing conditions in India. It was very useful and he did a great job.
