Project Overview and Design Details:

Mr. Vaidyanathan and his family approached me to construct their long-cherished dream of building a duplex house. Although their plot was small, they wanted a luxury-type independent villa. Accordingly, we designed and constructed a luxury independent duplex house with excellent interior work at an affordable cost. The project started in June 2023 and was handed over in October 2024.

Design Philosophy:

It is a 3 BHK Duplex Villa with a spacious study room, a large hall and dining area, an open modular kitchen, and a grand Balcony.

Elevation & Exterior:

The building showcases a modern contemporary exterior design, highlighted by natural slate stone cladding, polished and flame-finished granite, wood-finish tiles, glass railings, metal rafters, concrete percolas and a custom stainless steel gate integrated with HPL panels.

Interior:

The interiors of this house are crafted in a contemporary style, seamlessly blending aesthetics with functional living. The beige and brown color palette adds warmth and elegance throughout the space. The living hall features a designer false ceiling with cove lighting, CNC-cut grills with acrylic panels, and profile LED lighting, creating a refined ambience.

The staircase is highlighted with wooden balusters, glass railings, and a wooden top handrail, adding a touch of sophistication. The home also includes a premium modular kitchen, an elegant crockery unit, fluted glass doors, wooden-paneled niches, high-quality wardrobes, and thoughtfully designed modern bathrooms with premium fittings.
