Project Overview and Design Details:

Mr. Ramasupramaniyan and Mrs. Meenakshi Ramasupramaniyan approached us with a vision to build their dream home. From the very beginning, they had a clear understanding of their requirements and aspirations, which helped us transform their ideas into a beautifully crafted residence.

Their primary requirement was a premium 4 BHK independent duplex villa featuring a central skylight that would bring abundant natural light into the home through a double-height space. Based on their vision, we designed and executed a contemporary residence that perfectly balances aesthetics, functionality, and comfort.

The home welcomes visitors through an elegant entrance verandah and a spacious car porch accommodating two vehicles. The ground floor comprises a large living hall, dining area, modern kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom for the client’s mother with an attached bathroom, ensuring convenience and accessibility. The staircase area has been enhanced with an elevated indoor landscape and a skylight above, creating a vibrant and naturally illuminated focal point within the house.

The first floor features a spacious family lounge highlighted by a beautifully designed swing, creating a warm and inviting gathering space. Three well-planned bedrooms on this level provide privacy and comfort for the family members.

The clients also had a well-defined vision for the interiors. Based on their preferences, we executed comprehensive interior works including designer false ceilings, custom TV units, crockery display units, a modular kitchen, wardrobes, and other built-in furniture elements. Every detail was carefully crafted to reflect their lifestyle while maintaining a contemporary and elegant design language.

The project commenced in August 2024 and was successfully completed and handed over in October 2025. The result is Kalpataru, a premium skylight residence that seamlessly blends modern architecture, thoughtful planning, and personalized interiors into a timeless family home.

A defining feature of Kalpataru is its beautifully designed Open-to-Sky (OTS) courtyard, strategically positioned at the centre of the home to bring nature, light, and ventilation into the living spaces.
